Viana do Castelo Naval Shipyard was the site chosen for the baptism of the first oceanic passenger ship, built in Portugal, prepared to sail in polar waters. A sophisticated and fascinating production, where the ship’s godmother, Carla Bruni, sang and enchanted all the guests. A historic landmark for the Portuguese shipbuilding industry, which was attended by the Prime Minister, and in which one of the highlights of the evening was Mário Ferreira’s speech; the first holographic discourse in Portugal, where polar bears, penguins and even a samba school shared the stage, it was a true world tour in holograms, with a unique scenography to pass through both the poles and the most exotic destinations on the planet!
